We work in the nighttime economy to help the vulnerable, and to assist the Police and Emergency Services. We provide First Aid, water, soup and a listening ear. The principal purposes of the ACT Street Angels are to provide
- A Safer Community with people feeling safer.
- A Reduction in street crime.
- A reduction in anti-social Behaviour
- An improvement in Church / Community links.
- Improved coordination and communication between different agencies.
- More effective use of the Police & emergency services
- A reduction in callouts of the emergency services
- Help the vulnerable in the nighttime economy
