Our intention is to bring about sustainable change to those experiencing social exclusion, financial hardship and ill health, and also to support those individuals who lead chaotic and chronically unstable lives, for whom radical change in lifestyle is not currently possible. ll our services work closely together to achieve the best possible outcomes and we ensure that all our guests can access all the support they need in one place, whether it’s a one off food parcel or a longer journey involving our housing, counselling, health and advice services.
