Carers Link Lancashire supports unpaid carers looking after a loved one, friend, or neighbour who lives with a long term health condition, disability, neurodiversity, mental health conditions, substance misuse or frailty. We also support young carers between the ages of 6-18 in Hyndburn. Carers Link Lancashire have a charity shop and community cafe for volunteering and skill building opportunities.
