Day care services for those living with dementia in a family home environment. We provide 6 hours of day care with the same host, in the same home on the same day each week. Clients are in small groups ensuring they can participate in activities that are based in their capabilities and interests. 2 course home cooked meal and transport provided. Funded places available.
